In the diagram, the computer will connect to the file server in the office outside its network to access its resources. OpenVPN windows Client to RV340 Apparently, i have many options on how to build a VPN from windows 10 to the RV340 (LT2P, Anyconnect etc) but I am inclining towards OpenVPN with Site-to-Server VPN. (my corp laptop supports it, secure enough, split tunneling possible, no extra licenses required).

To operate the router no license is required. It will work with full performance and all VPN features are turned on.

2. To integrate the router into Cisco Umbrella as a “network device type,” and to have the advantage of detailed security reporting for all hosts behind the router, a Cisco Umbrella license is required. Surprising Power in an Affordable Box

I received an RV345P router as a test unit to set up in store. Initial setup was incredibly easy as the GUI functions much like a residential router would, with well organized tabs and a surprising amount of features. Local network configuration was a snap and the PoE ports are definitely a plus for dealing with some of the extra cable clutter. I haven't had a chance to play with some of the more advanced features yet, but even just looking through the settings available has me impressed by what this router has to offer.

Uses Cisco Smart Licensing for activation and license management. Convenient but I had some trouble getting that part set up at first, as the router didn't let me know about activation or licensing until I had gone in and looked specifically for it in the configuration.
